I want to change my password, what should I do?

1- Sign in to your Mail Pro account from your PC.

 

2- In the banner in the top right hand corner of the browser, click on the circular icon with your initials then on “My account”.

 

3- In the menu on the left-hand side, click on “Security and privacy”, then “Password”.

 

4- Enter your current password then choose a new one. Your new password should include at least one upper-case letter, one lower-case letter, a number and a symbol.

 

5- Key in your new password to re-access your Mail Pro account.

I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

1- On the Mail Pro login page on your PC, click on “Forgot password”.

 

2- Check that the email address shown is yours (correct it if necessary).
Key in the characters displayed in the image then click on “Next”.

 

3- Make sure that you have selected the “Send a text message to my mobile phone” option.
Check that the last two digits displayed match the last two digits of your phone number.

  • If the digits don’t match, see I’ve changed telephone number since receiving mail and activating my account, what should I do?
  • If the digits do match, enter the full phone number in the field (do not add the +44 code for UK or other country code, just your mobile phone number).
    Click on “Send a text message”.

 

4- Once you have received a code by text, enter it in the required field.
Click on “Next”.

5- Choose and enter your new password.
Remember it should include at least one upper-case letter, one lower-case letter, a number and a symbol.
Click on “Finish”.

 

6- Your password has been reset.
Select “Click here” to sign in to Mail Pro.

I want to forward or stop forwarding my business emails to my personal account, what should I do?

1- Sign in to your Mail Pro account from your PC.

 

2- In the banner in the top right-hand side of the browser, click on “settings” (the gear icon) then on “Mail”.


3- An options menu opens on the left-hand side of the browser:

  • Select “Forward”,
  • Click on “Start forwarding”,
  • In the field “Enter an email address”, add the email address you would like to forward your business emails to,
  • Click on “Save”.

 

 

4- If you want to stop forwarding your emails, select “Stop forwarding”, then “Save”.

5- Click on the white “Outlook” icon on the black banner at the top of the browser to return to your account.

I’ve changed telephone number since receiving mail and activating my account, what should I do?

As with your bank account for example, your telephone number ensures, by means of a code, that you are the owner of the email account. If you have changed telephone number since receiving mail and activating your account, you must update the number in your account.

1- Click on the following address : https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/PasswordReset/Register.aspx

2- Sign in to your account using your login and password.

3- Click on “Change”.

4- Enter your new telephone number (without the 0).
Then click on “Text me”

5- Enter the code received by text message.
Click on “Verify”.

6- Click on “Finish”.
